Here's your chance right now to help change the marijuana laws in Florida
How many years or decades have you been waiting for cannabis to be legalized?
The president, the governor, the US Congress and the state legislature have the power to decriminalize, deschedule or change the laws. And as you know, they haven’t done it.
WE THE PEOPLE also have the power, but it’s neither an easy nor a cheap process. We need to collect 1 million signed petitions to have our proposed constitutional amendment placed on the November 2020 ballot.
The state of Florida’s Constitution requires us to collect original signatures and, as a result, it costs approximately $2 to print, collect, sort and have each petition validated by county election supervisors. Your generous contribution will help us to qualify for the next election.
If you are unable to donate, please print out several copies of the petition and follow the three easy steps below.
You can print the petition on either two double-sided sheets of paper or four separate sheets. Then staple them in the proper order.
Fill in all required fields on the first page and be sure to date and sign the last page so that your petition will count. Leaving any required field blank will nullify your petition so double-check to make sure everything is completed.
